The receipt trail · Law Enforcement Trust Fund
What the Sheriff buys with seized money
When the Broward Sheriff’s Office seizes cash or property under Florida’s forfeiture law, the money goes into the Law Enforcement Trust Fund — and under state law (F.S. 932.7055) ↗ the Sheriff can only spend it after the county commission approves each transfer at a public meeting. That paper trail is this page: every approved transfer on the county’s record, what it bought, and how the vote happened.
