$750 upfront for 30 days of monitoring across our five connected sources: the Broward County Commission and the cities of Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miramar and Coconut Creek. Up to 15 watch terms, up to 10 properties, projects, vendors or issues, and up to three operational topics.
Human-verified priority alerts as items appear, a Monday intelligence brief, links to the official records behind every alert, an onboarding call, a final review call, and up to two reasonable research checks along the way.
If no relevant records are found in your first 30 days, monitoring continues another 30 days at no charge. We monitor the five sources named above — nothing broader is promised. Pilot members are never listed publicly or used as references without written permission.
